Elizabeth Sheffield - revisited
I haven’t worked on embroidery much in the past 4 years. It’s not the easiest hobby with a young child around. As soon as I get my supplies out and find my place on the chart, an interruption occurs and I have to pack it all up. I’m determined to finish a sampler by the end of the year. Elizabeth Sheffield, by the Scarlet Letter, is coming along nicely, and I think I like it more now than I did four years ago.

Strickmich Scarf
Finished the Strickmich Heaven and Earth scarf by Martina Behm. Loved the sample scarf at the Lancaster Yarn Shop and used Cascade Venezia to knit it up. Very easy pattern (just knit and purl stitches) creates both interesting texture and design.

Muti Baby Dress
Made this for baby. Used a Taiga Hilliard pattern found on Ravelry, knitted with a true gradient only available at Conversational Threads. Luckily had finished it by her 6 month birthday, so it fits.

Tulips Baby Sweater finished
Tulips Baby Sweater kit from Dream in Color. Did the second size, which the kit said would have enough yarn to complete. However, I ran short for the cording and neck band. Also, this was an older kit, some of the instructions were incorrect, but an update was available for for free on Ravelry.

Baby Hat
The last finished 2014 project. This mock cable baby hat is made with Plymouth Dreambaby yarn. The colors remind me of Lucky Charms marshmallows.

Jade Möbius Cowl
Finished the Jade Möbius Cowl, a free pattern from Ravelry. The Jade Yarn was purchased at the Knitting Niche in Ocean City, NJ. Hard to beat a summer's day at the beach with ice cream, taffy, waves, and yarn shopping. Pattern was okay, but happy it's finally done. Yarn looks good with denim - Knitting Fever Jade #7.
Meadow Brook Shawlette
Another Owl Cat Designs piece made for a Christmas present. This was another fun one to knit. Pattern is available at Converstional Threads in Emmaus or at Owl Cat Designs on Ravelry.
